Health concerns and pregnancy
When making reservations, please notify us if you have allergies, high blood pressure or any physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant (During the first trimester we are unable to perform massages). Individuals receiving treatments for cancer must bring a note from a Doctor, clearly stating the type of treatments allowed by the treating physician.

Arrival
To enhance your Spa experience, please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled treatment.

Arriving late
Arriving late will simply limit the time of your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged.

Cancellations
If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify the spa at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged 50% of service fee.

Shaving before treatment
Shaving is not recommended prior to service. If you choose to shave, please do so at least six to eight hours before your appointment. For hair removal services, body hair must be at least ¼ inch long for the most effective removal. Avoid prolonged sun exposure for 24 hours before or after waxing.

Valuables and clothing
It is recommended that you leave valuable items at home. We ask that your Cell phones kept on silent while you are in the Spa, so guests can enjoy services in a relaxing atmosphere. The Spa is not responsible for lost items or articles of clothing due to color or wax. Please use Salon Gown to protect clothing.

Gratuities
Gratuities are not included and are at your discretion. We ask that you settle gratuities in cash, tip envelopes will be provided upon check out.

Payment
All major credit cards accepted. We ask that you settle gratuities in cash, tip envelopes will be provided upon check out.

Credit Cards
To protect your privacy and security, our credit card software and processing is PCI (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant.  All transaction data is securely encrypted.  If a credit card is stored for reservations, it is encrypted and stored offsite at the credit card processing facility.

Gift Certificates
All Gift card and gift certificate sales are final, non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash back.

Reservations
In order to secure an appointment a credit card number is required at the time of reservation.  All major credit cards accepted. You will have the options to choose a different payment method upon check out.

Product Returns
All product sales are final if product has been opened, used or not in new condition.
